If that doesn't work for some reason...try a BITE of a pear with the peel. Do this for a few days. If it works, add half a pear and so on (after SF). Do this with any fruit that doesn't have seeds
Btw have you tried peeled grapes? All you do is open it up and eat the inside. I've seen mother's do this with babies!! (They scoop out the inside for the baby...not newborns though!) If you get used to eating a fruit as only a SF it might be easier on your tummy to accept it as an IF later on...just a thought?
