When I drank it for only 2 days,(at night), I ended up constipated....is this normal?? Also I noticed when I took Peppermint tea, I got some abdominal pain, again is that normal?? I'm aIBS-C & am looking for help. I recently got back on Zelnorm as my C wants to return.
