2Litres Water A Day       10/24/05 05:57 AM Edit Reply Quote Gold Reged: 10/19/05 Posts: 38 Loc: London Hi I know Im supposed to drink 2 litres of water a day and wanted to know whether drinking like a litre of mineral water and a litre of VERY weak blackurrant or cranberry squash would be ok, and still flush out the same way as plain water would?
