I had the mother of all attacks yesterday and I took like 8 pepto to control the D.......I haven't went at all today, yet. I have been eating nothing but SF, too, because I started all over with the BTC diet. I cannot have another attack like I did, yesterday. I was so sick, I almost threw up a dozen times.....had bad, bad D.....cramps, exhausted, sweats, chills.......the whole 9......couldn't eat......it was horrible!!!!!
