I haven't had any major flare ups lately, until today. I think it was because we had a potluck at work and I made an apple crisp. It was good, but today it got back at me for eating it. I don't think it was the apples, as they are peeled and cooked. I think it is the topping I put on it. I use brown sugar, flour, and lactose free margine. Can apples bother you, even if they are cooked? I eat store applesauce with no problem. Been reading the post, but don't have the free time to respond back. Have agreat weekend everyone!
