Thank you all so much for replying. I just got back from my doctor (general prac) and found out that I have lost 20 pounds since July. This blew me away, I'm a food junkie and I haven't weighed this little since college...6'-0", 160 lbs., YIKES . So my doc is running full bloodwork and if nothing comes up we'll schedule a CT scan or MRI. In the meantime I've decided to:
-Continue increasing my IF intake -I'll wait on the Zelnorm until I've tried a few more things -Continue eating mostly non trigger foods, but I'm going to try adding a little more fat back into my diet. -Join that Tai Chi class and see if I can find a better way to lower of some of this STRESS
I'm hoping that either the tests will show something and a treatment protocol can be defined from that, or that the diet will start making me feel better. I'm still confused as to what triggers affect me specifically. I guess that will just come from experience. But, I'm glad I found a place to at least get a good head start.
