Hi Melissa, I eat what you had for supper just about every night and I've had 3 to 4 BM's every morning in the recent past. However I'm also taking 25mg of Paxil which I think is the key factor for the BM's. Did you stop taking the Zelnorm? That wasn't clear, and what dose are you taking? You can take up to(I think it's) 6mg if you need to. Also, if you have Miralax, take a dose of that today, and make sure you're drinking lots of water, it probably won't get you going today, but tomorrow morning it should. Also, no, beano won't hurt you, but fennel tea would probably work better for gas. -Bob
