I Can't Believe It's Not Butter has dairy in it, and I would suggest avoiding it if you can. Smart Balance Light (it has to be the LIGHT one!) is the only grocery-store margarine I've found that doesn't contain any dairy at all. I'm very sensitive to both dairy and fats, and I've had no problem with it whatsoever. But if you decide to go the route of a soy margarine, check your local health food store. I'm a big fan of Soy Garden's taste - it's very good - but it's got the same fat content as butter or full-fat margarine, so you do need to go easy on it.
