IBS and wheat intolerance       01/31/03 02:46 AM Edit Reply Quote emmab Reged: 01/25/03 Posts: 43 Hi everyone! First thing I have to say is it is so nice to have this message board!! Can anyone give me some advice about about eating out with IBS and wheat intolerance. I can do dinners no problems usually, thanks to asian restaurants, but I find breakfast and particularly lunch really difficult. Sometimes I think I'm going to turn into a nori roll I usually try to pack a lunch or have some oat bars in the bottom of my bag but this is not always possible. Can anyone help me???
