Horrible day - trying to stay positive

Hi everyone,

I've had a huge attack today and feel so horrible and drained. On the positive side, I think I found a major trigger--peppers. I'll be avoiding those now.

I was doing pretty well and hadn't had any major attacks for a few weeks. I'm following Heather's diet and have loved a lot of the recipes (and ones from here too). I was a huge cheese addict, so I'm surprised that I've been able to give up dairy so easily. These yummy foods have all made it worth it!

I'm trying to stay positive and remember how I felt before this attack. It's just a little hard since I feel like I could die at the moment. *sigh*

I'm counting the hours/days until I can make RKT or the peppermint fudge cake again. Yummmm.
