Re: Can you guys Help me!?? sooo bloated/constipated       09/27/05 06:04 PM Edit Reply Quote Maddie Reged: 03/09/05 Posts: 56 Loc: Boston , MA thanks Lynn, i decided to walk my treadmill yesterday, it really did help, as i usually dont excercise much, well besides taking the stairs 4 flights at work (i never ride the elevator) but i guess thats not exercise.. ive finally went last night and once today if you can call it that, not sure it counted, but the sharp pains are still there, im surprised my daily 2 gas-x isnt helping.
