My ultimate response: do what is RIGHT for you RIGHT now...and now that what is RIGHT, biologically at one moment for the individual might not be right at a moment.
Although, patterns/programs/diet guidelines are very helpful, especially when they make you feel good & Heather's diet makes a lot of people feel IMPROVED.
