I was just wondering if there is any validity the Ayurveda approach. My soul doesn't speak to me to help me find my answer.
And while Heather does promote alternative health treatments (which I sincerely believe in too), she never advocated an alternative treatment that involved foods, I don't think.
Thanks for your input Ruchie. I'm just a lost soul trying to find some relief from my pain. But all end up is getting more confused as I look at other things.
