do you follow the Vata diet guidelines
I found this on the sit Ruchie posted about Vata Diet and Kapha foods
do you avoid the foods on the avoid list and only eat the ones that are deemed acceptable? Is this what has helped you?
I am a Vatta as well, according to the description...but I eat a lot of the "foods to avoid" on a daily basis: zucchini, potato, peas, mushrooms, spinach, barley, buckwheat, corn, dry oats
millet...
Maybe this is why I am still sick????
