Hi Ruch, I'm a Vata Kapha as well! I'm not sure about suggestions of what you should do... where do you live? I saw an amazing Aryuvedic practitior who basically told me "It's all fear" and that I did all of this to myself... she is really amazing and gave me some herbs which really started to make me feel better,but I stopped taking them. Anyway, my suggestion would be to talk to an Aryuvedic specialist, however they can be a bit expensive. Just see if you could find one in your area if you are really interested in it!
