Not like the fiber I'm taking now. It just went through my system too fast......wayyyyy to fast. I would have to go about 3-6 times in the morning, again in the afteroon........everytime I put something in my mouth I had to go. Everytime I took it, I had to go. But, no, I was not gassy at all.....Strange for me, because I get gassy from anything!!!! Hope this helps, but everyone is different... Michelle -------------------- IBS-D.
