I think you and I have a lot in common, similiar interests, etc. Did you mean to say that you are Vata in nature? That's what I am, I had a severe Vata imbalance, I think I may have mentioned and it before. What type of foods are you eating? Have you gained any weight? Hope to hear from you soon!
