I tolerate veggies and IF pretty well. I just make sure to have SF first most of the time, but sometimes I nibble in the garden on an empty stomach. I think all veggies are acceptable for the most part and shouldn't be thought of as forbidden foods; except when you have certain vegetables that cannot be tolerated, such as cabbage.
Most tolerated, coooked:
all root veggies, if eaten slowly and not like a horse, raw carrots are fine too
mushrooms
spinach
peas
green beans
zucchini
creamed corn
Asparagus
broccoli
artichokes
peppers
leeks onions etc
corn niblets
cauliflower
tomatoes
cucumbers
raw bean sprouts and that kind of thing
least tolerated:
lettuces especially iceberg, raw
cabbage, regular not napa
corn on the cob
beans, dry (not really a vegetable)
That is all I can think of.
