IBS-constipation dominant       09/20/05 03:18 PM Edit Reply Quote ldegel Reged: 09/02/05 Posts: 2 My husband has IBS, with mostly constipation. All the data I can find really focuses on Diarhhea dominant IBS. How can I help him with his diet? Can he eat more insoluble fiber? Everyone says he needs to eat more roughage to break the barrier.
