My husband has IBS, with mostly constipation. All the data I can find really focuses on Diarhhea dominant IBS. How can I help him with his diet? Can he eat more insoluble fiber? Everyone says he needs to eat more roughage to break the barrier. The literature indicates thats not so. I'm a little confused. Any help?
thanks, Linda
