I am having a pretty good day so far. I actually had a pretty normal BM after eating my chicken and rice and I don't feel like I have to keep going like I did yesterday morning......I guess I should wait a little bit and see how it goes, huh???? I am also taking imodium every day, though. So, that may be why I don't have diarrhea today. I do have a BM though, everyday, so I don't think I'm constipated. What should I do???? If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it, right???? I seem to be doing alot better, today. I drank 4 cups of fennel tea, yesterday, too which helped alot with my gas and bloating problem.
