Re: How Do You Keep Your Spirits Up??       09/16/05 09:42 AM Edit Reply Quote Kimm Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 1171 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Think about the fact that there are many of us who were in the same position you were in at one time....and realize that many of us are now stable!! 2 years ago I was a complete wreck....I was suffering from depression because of IBS....then I found this site, went on some antispasmodic meds, and I've never felt better.
