Bananas are the only safe fruit I have found and sometimes they still cause me to have an attack. I have yet to try ground turkey.. do you like make turkey burgers out it? I made the mistake of eating a peach today.. NOT a good idea. I did wait and eat it after a safe meal and it still went straight through me and took everything else in my stomach with it. AUGH..
