man i wish my ibs would let me regain my old weight       09/13/05 12:04 AM Edit Reply Quote Lars Reged: 08/30/05 Posts: 12 I am very tall, 2.04 m, I used to be skinny as a kid and teenager but I started working out and eating a lot after highschool and was in perfect shape. If I eat a lot now that I have IBS I get an unpleasant full feeling, doesn't matter if it's high on fat/other triggers or not, and after that C. I need around 500-1000 more cals to gain weight. Any suggestions to foods I can eat are greatly appreciated. I can't eat things with white flour or a white pasta. I think white rice are all right though. -------------------- IBS-C after amoebic dysentria. Symptoms mostly after eating too much. Wanting to (re)gain weight.
