Aw thanks Augie and HanSolo! I stopped posting for awhile cause my IBS has been doing much better Basicly wanted to go off and enjoy being able to digest my food well! I graduated school actually by the way! How are you? Have you had any luck? I know you've always had a hell of a time trying to ease up your IBS. Has anything helped at all? Sorry to make this thread off topic lol.
