Newbie Introduction!       09/09/05 11:18 PM Edit Reply Quote cheval Reged: 09/09/05 Posts: 18 Loc: Western Washington I'm happy to say that I've finally gotten around to officially joining these boards (rather than lurking, heh)! This is my first time using Forums, so let's hope I'm posting this correctly! I've had IBS-D for my entire life (25 yrs) but had little luck lessening my symptoms or even understanding what was wrong with me until I began learning about Heather's diet about a year ago. It's changed my life, like so many others here. I'd say I'm at about 70% stable, which is a vast improvement, trust me!
