hi im new here. i was diagnosed with crohns disease and afterwards they now think it may be severe ibs. i just wondered what symptoms u guys get as im not convinced it is ibs??how many times on average do u have to go to the loo every day? where do u get pains to?at the mo im flaring. i get pain in the lower left quadrant the worse and when flaring its doubled up in pain, when not flaring it still hurts.i have many symptoms....bloating, food intolerences, diarrhoea, i go to the loo alot compared to how i used to b4 these problems, at teh mo im going after each time i eat, ive lost weight and struggle to gain any, have malnutrition, severe periods now, dizziness, headaches, ive fainted a coupel times, very tired...its endless.

at the mo ive been quite bad for a few days. ive had loose stools after i eat a meal for the past 8 days,i strated to get headaches and dizziness about 6 days ago(i get these anyway but this was worse)and my period started 4 days ago but has been very heavy, which again it usually is but this was moreso. yesterday i went to the dr after my head was in soooo much pain and it scared me, but they did little...just gave me painkillers and took blood as they are a little concerned.. today i went bk cos i have had doubled over pain with the ibs or whatever it is. does any of this sound simlar to u guys??again today they did little but just say to take painkillers but half teh time they do little. im on meds for my ibs anyway.i have a very strict diet and also have a breathing problem. i also suffer from panic attacks and most days am very tired and very faint.
thanks for any replies.
xx
