Hi everyone,
First, I have to say that this board is wonderful! It's so great to know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
I'm ordering Heather's books so I can follow this diet. I'm ready to feel better. I've started the basics from what I found on this website.
I've been eating only SF since Monday and have noticed some changes. The D stopped, but I still notice the gas. It's not as bad since I don't feel everything rumbling around inside of me. Life is still pretty stressful, but I'm trying to set limits. I'm taking SFS but still taking my vitamins and other supplements. I'll have to look at those to see if they're ok or not.
Since I'm eating smaller, more frequent, and only SF meals, I haven't had much energy this week. I have lost a few pounds too, which is a good thing (there's proof that carbs aren't evil but that calories and portions can be). I'm going to start reintroducing some foods (chicken breast, eggbeaters, and some veggies/fruits) slowly. I'm hoping it's normal that I'm a little afraid to add things.
Do you have any suggestions on the first things I should add?
