the soy cheese is actually casien free! the brand is called follow your heart: vegan cheese alternative it melts just like real cheese! the only problem is its just as fattening i think---> how fattening is real cheese??
my BF usually makes the pizza. but ive made it twice all by myself!! to start the dough, mix flour, olive oil, sugar, little salt, agave [honey-sub] yeast and warm water until you get a dough. [note: all ingredients are organic/vegan] roll out dough into pizza shape and flour. for sauce, its a homemade recipe from croatia but its basically tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley and basil and some olive oil. puree that and spread onto rolled-out dough. our toppings are vegan creamcheese, organic fakin bacon, the cheese of course which also comes in mozzerella, diced zucchini, red peppers, onions and tomatoes. crumbled vegan burger on top and spices and POP in the oven [455 temp] for about 20-25 min. it is *sooooo* good!
i liked what you said about the cereals. i used to be eating kashi strawberry fields which has minimal fiber. so i switched to high-fiber and found i was "going" better. maybe i need a middle. a cereal with a medium amount between 2-10 grams. my cereals have 10-11 grams of fiber alone! in one serving too!!
i really want to go to a doctor to be checked out and updated just so iknow everything is all right. colon problems are so scary and i would be so frightened if i found out i had a more serious problem and i wasnt treating it effectivly. i was diagnosed at 17 with IBS/C after doing tests from age 16-18 [the tests @ 18 were more for comfort reasons as well] HEY do you know any good chicago doctors? do you visit a naturepath? one was recommended to me but i dont know how to find her. i only have her name LOL!
