hey-- no actually im not losing any weight! its strange, my number says low, but i have actually gained maybe 2 pounds? i eat alot though in my days but its usually at night and most of the times, after ive posted my food. im just too lazy to go back and edit it! but usually i eat vegan pizza almost--every night! which is the equivilant to reg.pizza, only dairy-free. i can eat maybe 6 squares before im full! im too scared to cut back on the psyllium b/c i dont want to be in pain
