I don't see anything on the list that isn't "safe". However, some items, including the onions, garlic, horseradish, vinegar and tomatoes can cause GI irritation when not eaten with precaution. Heather recommends to continue consuming these, but in moderation and with a good soluble fiber base first.
If you're still at the very unstable stage of your IBS and you're trying to "break the cycle", I would personally recommend avoiding it... at least until you start to feel better, and then slowly add it back in.
