I really like the Kashi GO Lean and Go Lean Crunch. I also like the Go Lean Waffles from them as well. I do Raisin Bran or something like that too when I am bored. I am a cereal person, so I have alot in my cupboard. I usually have a banana on the cereal as well, if I have them. I haven't had any digestion problems from eating that much IF. I also use either soy or rice milk, but that doesn't have anything to do w/the fiber. I just eliminate as much dairy as possible! Hope this was what you were looking for!
