It is interesting to note that you are more bloated given the fact that you drink more water. You mentioned your fiber supplement may make you retain more water. In one of the postings, a person suggested acacia as a fiber supplement and 100 oz. of water. Do you use acacia? I currently don't use a fiber supplement and am planning to go to the store to buy acacia this weekend. Do you know that I actually took a pregnancy test on 2 occassions because my abdomen was so bloated! I thought that I was carrying twins! Needless to say, the tests came back negative.
