I am 27 weeks along and take the Acacia fiber in yogurt or oatmeal. I also have been drinking TONS of water, eating lots of fruit and doing a high fiber cereal, oatmeal or waffle for breakfast. That seems to help quite a bit. I agree w/the post above; the hormone changes seem to slow it down a bit. Also, make sure that your prenatal isn't TOO overloaded w//iron. We need it, certainly, but that will add to the C big time! Good luck in your pregnancy!
