Thanks for your insights! I do take digestive enzymes, but still often (when I have D) seem to see lots undigested food in my stools! I know that corn can be hard to digest, but I was seeing other foods that I didn't think were as "common." My doctors didn't seem alarmed, as I said, but I was curious how common this was for others and whether, with time, these symptoms would somehow remit a bit (e.g., digestion might become less problematic)?
