I found this on a website that I order another supplement from (Rhodiola Rosea). When I saw that they also had a fiber supplement, I was really excited. I wanted to give you guys the link, in case anyone was curious in trying it. It gives a pretty thorough description on what exactly is in the supplement, and how it works.
