Hi,
Not sure what to do about it, but I just wanted to let you know that this happened to me as well. A month or so after starting the diet I became C for the first time in YEARS. And I've gotten bloated, which I never had before. I just stuck with the diet, ate a bit more IF and it went away.

Maybe it's the body reacting to a new way of eating. Or the gut trying to stablize and not quite getting it right.

definitely get a ton of pain, and spasms big time with BAD C
