IBS-C Hi Beth, I had started eating 2 cup bowls of Raisin Bran about an hour after my oatmeal in the morning, but I got really bad gas from it, and have cut it back to 1 cup bowls and the gas is much better. Yeah, I was able to eat tons of IF at my sister's in Chicago at the end of May, but I haven't been able to come close since. I can't exactly figure out why?! My latter morning BM's have been a bit better for a about a week now. I think this might be the Paxil since it's been a month that I've been taking it. The early morning BM's are still pretty hellish though . Also, I said exactly the same thing about the vicious cycle!
