Amount of magnesium       08/25/05 02:54 PM Edit Reply Quote melitami Reged: 02/23/04 Posts: 1213 Loc: Ewing, NJ, USA (IBS-D, Vegetarian) Now that I'm home with all the bottles of stuff: Amounts in Fibro calm (per day, I take 3 pills after breakfast and 3 pills after dinner, so this is for all 6 pills): Magnesium Hydroxide: 300 mg Malic Acid: 1200 Mg 5 HTP: 100 mg I take a cal/mag supplement that is 500 mg calcium, 250 mg magnesium, and 250 mg phosphorous. My multivitamin has 450 mg calcium and 50 mg magnesium. Is this too much magnesium?
