how much magnesium is in the fibro calm...and what TYPE of magnesium is it (it may not say)? Also, how much cal/mag is in the multi you take? I fear the mag may be the culprit...
OR perhaps the B complex? Maybe you aren't digesting it properly and it's causing D (or you need B and aren't getting and and you are getting D cause you're vitamin deficient in B vitamins?)
