I get a stabbing pain on my lower left side - it's my sigmoid colon. First it's slow and light, and then it gets much faster and hurts so bad that I double over. It brings tears to my eyes. I also get really bloated and have a lot of trapped gas with certain foods. (I don't eat them anymore!) And then there are "safe" foods that at times give me D with major cramping along with it. I am slowly learning which foods cause what and I am staying away from them. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
