I have been buying the individual smoothies that are already made in the diary section. They have all types by "Light and Fit", "Frusion" and even "Silk"(soy). In the mornings I am usually in a huge rush either to get to my college classes or to work and I don't have time to make my own smoothie so I pop one open and put my Miralax in that..and I am ready to go!!
