No fat, no dairy -- jsut anchovy extract, salt, and sugar. Weird, huh. Then again, just about anything is capable of causing an attack at times.
I grew up in the Chicago area but have been in Cardinal Country for 20 years! Heck, down here they don't even think the American League exists! Wrigley is lots of fun too. My heart has been too badly broken by the Cubs to watch them in any serious way I just hope this heat wave breaks soon. I'm sick of sweating all the time (and it's not doing my belly any good!).
