Once you realize stopping by the side of the road is not a big deal (or actually do it, which I have, in a grape vineyard, lol!) you'll be more relaxed. I mean, if the the absolute worst that can happen is that you have to poop in the woods - hey, not bad. If you think you might not make it out of the car, sit on a towel. One less thing to worry about. Do you feel more relaxed/in control when driving? I do. If I'm not and I'm not feeling well I always have whomever I'm with talk to me and try to distract me. We talk about crazy wild things like what we'd do if we won the lottery, the list of things we want to do before we die.
