I am IBS-D only, and I am terrified I'll have an attack on a field trip, or even just in class in the middle of teaching. ACK! I won't be online much today, and I leave for Montreal for 2 days tomorrow (I'm freaked about that too). Tell me snacks you have, and even lunches. Heck, tell me EVERYTHING! I am so thankful I found this board.
