I just came on here to be cheered up because I've started to feel really depressed with my IBS I havent been out in days I've been taking the SFs for almost a week now and have realised that one before bed and one before lunch seems to make things better for me. Glad the SFS works for you. Its all about finding out what works for you It's stopped the D in the morning but I still feel upset first thing it takes me a while before I feel I can eat.

Is this normal? I am not good first thing in the morning either and usually the only things I can stomach first thing are Heather's banana bread from the book or A cinnamon & raisin bagel. I used to be able to have cereal and choc soy milk but I am a little nauseous now and even bread has no appeal to me first thing. Lots of people on here (Casey for one) have a pre-breakfast of something that is safe to them, I often eat a ricecake first thing just to get my body going

Already I feel sick of SF foods Ive been eating toast for brekkie, pasta for lunch and meat with mash potato and veg for tea. my only luxury is a couple of rich tea biscuits they are just keeping me sane.

How long will it take for my tummy to settle in the mornings? It's a huge problem as I cant go out in the mornings now I wont go out if I havent eaten as I get dizzy.

Any advice appreciated.

Oh also, about the Anti D's what benefits did they give you? Did you get side effects?? How long did you take them for??

My constant dull pain went away! No side effects that I could identify. I took them from September to January
