Hi Cailin Your post couldnt have come at a better time for me. I just came on here to be cheered up because I've started to feel really depressed with my IBS I havent been out in days I've been taking the SFs for almost a week now and have realised that one before bed and one before lunch seems to make things better for me. It's stopped the D in the morning but I still feel upset first thing it takes me a while before I feel I can eat.
Is this normal?
Already I feel sick of SF foods Ive been eating toast for brekkie, pasta for lunch and meat with mash potato and veg for tea. my only luxury is a couple of rich tea biscuits they are just keeping me sane.
How long will it take for my tummy to settle in the mornings? It's a huge problem as I cant go out in the mornings now I wont go out if I havent eaten as I get dizzy.
Any advice appreciated.
Congrats on being stable that really is great and reassuring to us still sick!
Oh also, about the Anti D's what benefits did they give you? Did you get side effects?? How long did you take them for??
