I was the same way for about a year as well. I did everything I was supposed to do. Up until just recently, I have found out that I can eat red meat and salad and some other things on a regular basis. I know what I can eat without a problem and what to take caution with. I am still on the SFS, it really helps me. But I am dairy-free, which I noticed was my main problem and I don't eat brocholi or coliflower (spelled that wrong) ever! I seem to have been pretty stable for a while now . Glad you are feeling better!
