Your doctor should do this for you since Gluten Intolerance is more common than originally thought. There are 3 blood tests they can do to test you for gluten sensitivity...and this does include regular "white" wheat found in white breads, pretzels, and tortillas, as well as whole wheat. NOTE: you must be eating these wheat products before you get testing in order for the tests to be accurate.
