There's sorbitol in the ingredients but I don't know if it's artifical sugar or not. My gas is so bad so I'd like to try that med. I don't know if the digestive enzymes caused so much bloating , gas, gas pains, pressure, gas cramps, fullness. I can hardly move it's so bad. I'm terrified because it's so severe and I'm not sure why. I hope I don't have to be rushed to the ER. I haven't added any gassy foods to my diet. I feel like I'm going to pass out. Thanks.
