I have only been GF for a few days, but it really is a pain. I live in a retirement home and it is hard when someone else is cooking. I just hope I don't get lactose intolerant too. I haven't noticed any difference in the way I feel yet, too soon. I have had gallstones for a while and sometimes I get a pain in my back on the right side. They did an ultasound and found I had gall stones, but I didn't have insurance at the time so they are still with me. The last atack I had I was throwing up bile. YUCK! I wanted to die.
